Back From a Substack Hiatus

Hi, everyone. Thanks to all of you, whether you’re new to my Substack or have been here a while. I haven’t posted in quite some time, so I thought I’d provide a brief explanation.
Simply put, I got a job. Since January, I’ve been working as a character designer on the King of the Hill reboot.
When I’m working full-time in animation, I tend to set aside social media. However, I started this newsletter as an alternative to social media. So I’m exploring ways to reprioritize and show up on this platform more consistently.
Despite the demands of my day job, I’m still plugging away at my own creations. And when the time is right, I’ll share those with you. Until then, I’m excited to announce that the new season of King of the Hill premieres on Hulu and Disney+ this month. Tune in July 20th for the continuing adventures of Hank, Peggy, Bobby, Connie and the gang!
